1. No Refunds on Custom-Made Items

Since all our outfits are custom-made based on your measurements, fabric choices, and design preferences, we do not offer refunds once production has begun.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• If production has not yet started and you request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
• If there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our part that cannot be corrected through alterations.

3. Alterations & Adjustments

If there is an issue with fit or finishing, we offer one free adjustment within 2 days of receiving your order. Additional alterations may incur extra charges.

4. Fabric & Material Disclaimer

We ensure the quality of fabrics used, but slight variations in color, texture, or patterns may occur due to supplier differences. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

5. Refund Processing

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 business days via the original payment method.
• Refunds for deposits or advance payments will only be made if production has not started.
